Our modern and complete penthouse is located on the prestigious Santa Rosalia Resort in Spain, one of the most sought after locations on the Costa Calida. The penthouse is located front row, is south facing and has 3 spacious balconies (south, west and north east), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for a more than comfortable stay with family or friends.

The penthouse is in a fantastic location and is fully equipped: WiFi, air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, luxury cooking island, Nespresso Creatista Pro coffee machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner, Samsung Qled smart TV, wireless printer, washer/dryer, Tefal ultra-compact grill, Dualit toaster, Philips blender, egg cooker and electric shutters.

Freely available during your stay:

On arrival the beds are made and there is a complete set of bath linen per person, consisting of 2 towels 50x90 cm, 2 bath towels 90 x 150 cm and a beach towel 100x180 cm. You will also receive 2 sets of kitchen linen.

I am Hetty and together with Jan we are the proud parents of Aletta and Jelmer, and parents-in-law of Selma. After a successful entrepreneurial life in the supermarket world, we decided to set a new course and follow our dreams abroad. Inspired by the beauty and the possibilities in both Austria and Spain, we started a new adventure.

Outside of work, there is plenty of room for family and adventure. Our Labradoodle, Cooper, brings joy every day and makes sure we never forget to enjoy the simple things in life, because: it's the little things that matter! We are grateful for what we have built together and look forward to sharing our passion for adventure, hospitality and quality of life with others.

Our vision is simple: 'enjoy the little things'. Whether it's creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere in our holiday homes, we believe that the value of the smallest details makes all the difference. Together with our children, we work with love to develop luxurious, sustainable and unique spaces where people can enjoy the peace and beauty of their surroundings.
