House rules – Casa 7 Santa Rosalia

Dear guests of Casa 7 Santa Rosalia,

Welcome to Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort. To make your stay and that of other guests as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to carefully read and comply with the following house rules.

Behavior and general rules

Resort Rules: During your stay, the Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort house rules apply. We ask you to respect them to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.

Parties and smoking: It is not allowed to organize parties in the apartment. Smoking is also not allowed inside. Please respect the peace of other residents and guests.

Guest visits: Inviting additional guests is only permitted after prior written consent from Casa 7 Santa Rosalia. The maximum permitted occupancy of the apartment may not be exceeded.

Subletting: It is not permitted to sublet the apartment in whole or in part to third parties without written permission from Casa 7 Santa Rosalia.

During your stay

Keyholder: We work with a Dutch speaking keyholder who lives at the resort. You will receive the contact details after the reservation has been confirmed and payment has been made. The keyholder is available for support during your stay.

Access bracelets: You will receive bracelets that give you access to the lagoon and the fitness room. In case of loss or damage of a bracelet, a fee of €75 per bracelet will be charged.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Air conditioning and heating: In case of absence we kindly request you to switch off the air conditioning or heating. Excessive use may be charged based on the actual energy consumption.

On departure

Dishes and tidying up: We kindly request that you wash any dirty dishes before departure and put them back in the cupboards.

Waste: Please deposit all your waste in the grey containers on the street side. Plastic, cardboard and glass please separate in the designated containers.

Check-out: Check-out is no later than 11:00. Additional charges may apply for late check-outs.
