Houserules
Dear guests of Casa 7 Santa Rosalia,
House Rules and Behavior:
- House Rules of Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort: During your stay, the house rules of Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort apply. We ask that you respect these rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
- Parties and Smoking: It is forbidden to organize parties in the apartment. It is also not allowed to smoke inside. We ask you to respect other guests and the quiet environment of the resort.
- Guests: It is not permitted to invite additional guests to the apartment without our prior written consent. The maximum occupancy of the apartment may not be exceeded.
- Subletting: The apartment may not be sublet to third parties without prior written permission from Casa 7 Santa Rosalia.
- Keyholder: We work with a Dutch speaking keyholder who lives at the resort. The contact details of the keyholder will be shared once the reservation is confirmed and payment is received. The keyholder is available for any assistance during your stay.
- Bracelets: During your stay you will receive bracelets that give you access to the lagoon and the gym at the resort. Should a bracelet be lost or damaged, a fee of EUR 75 per bracelet will be charged.
- Pets are not allowed.
- When away, do not leave the air conditioning or heating on all day. Excessive use will be charged based on actual consumption.
- Would you like to wash the dirty dishes and put them back in the cupboards before leaving?
- Check out is before 11:00, if you check out later than 11:00, we are forced to charge extra costs
- The garbage in the gray bins at the front of the street. Plastic, cardboard and glass please separate.
