House rules – Casa 7 Santa Rosalia
Dear guests of Casa 7 Santa Rosalia,
Welcome to Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort. To make your stay and that of other guests as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask that you carefully read and adhere to the following house rules.
Check-in obligation:
Before arrival, the mandatory check-in scan must be completed in full, in accordance with legal registration requirements. Access information to the property will only be provided once all requested information has been provided correctly. Failure to provide this information (on time) will be considered a cancellation without entitlement to a refund.
Behavior and general rules
Resort Rules: During your stay, the Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort's house rules apply. We ask that you respect them to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone.
Parties and smoking: Parties are not permitted in the apartment. Smoking is also prohibited indoors. Please respect the peace and quiet of other residents and guests.
Guest visits: Inviting additional guests is permitted only with prior written permission from Casa 7 Santa Rosalia. The maximum permitted occupancy of the apartment may not be exceeded.
Subletting: It is not permitted to sublet the apartment in whole or in part to third parties without written permission from Casa 7 Santa Rosalia.
During your stay
Keyholder: We work with a Dutch-speaking keyholder who resides at the resort. You will receive their contact information after your reservation is confirmed and payment has been made. The keyholder is available for support during your stay.
Access bracelets: You will receive bracelets that grant you access to the lagoon and the fitness room. If a bracelet is lost or damaged, a fee of €75 per bracelet will be charged.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Air conditioning and heating: When you are away, please turn off the air conditioning or heating. Excessive use may be charged based on actual energy consumption.
NB:
The washing machine can also dry, but this is not recommended as it can leave lint on the clothes.
Take care of your parasol, especially in the afternoon when it can get quite windy. Don't leave it open unattended!
Dishes and tidying up: We kindly request that you wash the dirty dishes and put them back in the cupboards before departure.
Waste: Please dispose of all your waste in the gray containers along the street. Please separate plastic, cardboard, and glass into the designated containers.
Check-out: Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
