Cancellation conditions

We always recommend that you take out good travel insurance.


Cancellation Policy

No changes can be made to a booking made by the tenant, other than after consultation with and approval of the landlord.

In the event of full or partial cancellation of the booking of the stay in the penthouse or termination of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following provisions apply:

• You can cancel any reservation within 10 days from the reservation date without charge. To do so, you must return the reservation confirmation in writing to CASA 7 Santa Rosalia stating the reason for your cancellation. CASA 7 Santa Rosalia will confirm your cancellation upon receipt and will refund your deposit;

• In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total travel sum will be charged;

• In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 60% of the total amount is due;

• In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total travel sum is due;

• In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the entire amount will be due.

If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed arrival date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation.

In the event of later occupation or premature termination of the stay in the penthouse, the full rental price remains due.

Cancellations must always be reported to the landlord in writing.


Cancellation by Casa 7 Santa Rosalia:


In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, Casa 7 Santa Rosalia is entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation:

A. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, uprising, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions,

B. Death of one of the owners or close relatives, etc., under which full or partial compliance with the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be required of Casa 7 Santa Rosalia. This also applies in the event of termination of the business and/or sale of the property.

Change:

If a guest wants to change an agreement, this can be done up to 30 days before arrival. The booking may not be cheaper after the change than the original booking. Change fees may be charged for these changes.

In the place statement:

If the reservation is transferred in its entirety to a third party, the booker must notify Casa 7 Santa Rosalia in writing. For these changes, change costs will be charged. Amounts already paid will be considered as paid by the transferring party. The transferring and transferring parties must arrange this among themselves.
