Our modern and fully equipped penthouse is located in the prestigious Santa Rosalia Resort, one of the most sought‑after locations on the Costa Cálida. The penthouse is front row, faces south and features three spacious balconies (south, west and northeast). With three bedrooms and two bathrooms it is the ideal place for a comfortable stay with family or friends.

The property is equipped with all comforts and thoughtfully furnished for a relaxed and luxurious stay. You have, among other things, wifi, air‑conditioning, a dishwasher, oven and a spacious kitchen island. In addition, there are several high‑quality amenities such as a Nespresso Creatista Pro coffee machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner, Samsung QLED Smart TV, wireless printer, washing machine/dryer, Tefal ultra‑compact grill, Dualit toaster, Philips blender, egg cooker and electric shutters.

Comfort during your stay

For optimal comfort the penthouse is equipped with a water softener, an osmosis system for pure drinking water and electric sunshades on the south‑facing balcony.

Upon arrival the beds are made for you and a complete set of bath linens is provided per person:

2 towels (50 × 90 cm), 2 bath towels (90 × 150 cm), 1 beach towel (100 × 180 cm)

In addition you will receive two sets of kitchen textiles, so nothing is missing during your stay.
