This resort is a luxury gated community located between Los Alcázares and Torre Pacheco, just a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor. Designed as a unique Mediterranean retreat, it covers 700,000 square metres, with almost 4,000 Mediterranean trees and a striking feature: a 16,000 square metre man-made crystal clear lagoon – the largest of its kind in Europe – powered by Crystal Lagoons technology. The lagoon is surrounded by white sandy beaches, two islands (one with a beach club) and offers activities such as swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding.

The resort consists of a mix of homes—villas, apartments and bungalows—built around a 124,000-square-meter green space called La Reserva, exclusively for residents. The area features walking trails, sports facilities (think adventure golf, disc golf, bocce and multi-sports courts), yoga zones, picnic areas and children's play areas. It's touted as a mix of nature, luxury and sustainability, with energy-efficient designs and landscaping that uses little water.

In terms of location, it is approximately 5 minutes from the beaches of Los Alcázares, 25 minutes from Corvera airport in Murcia and an hour from Alicante airport. It is also close to golf courses (such as Mar Menor Golf Resort) and cultural places such as Cartagena and Murcia.
